Spud Poker is provided by Southport Smiles. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to spudappssupport@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
Spud Poker stores player names, game progress, earned items and currency, settings, match state, and randomly generated local identifiers on your device. Southport Smiles does not operate an account system or a central gameplay server that receives this information.
You can generally remove locally stored game information by deleting Spud Poker or clearing the app’s data through your device settings.
Local Wi-Fi multiplayer
If you choose a local Wi-Fi mode, Spud Poker exchanges the player information needed to run the match with other participating devices on the same local network. This can include your chosen player name, selected character, game actions, match state, and random device/profile identifiers used for reconnection and tournament continuity. This traffic is not routed through a Southport Smiles gameplay server.
Advertising
Spud Poker uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and automatic interstitial ads. You choose whether to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for the displayed in-game reward. Interstitial ads may appear between matches, after completed gameplay, but do not interrupt an active throw.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to provide, measure, secure, and limit advertising.
Spud Poker requests non-personalized advertising and presents Google’s consent tools when required. Where available, you can revisit advertising privacy choices from the game’s Privacy Options control. In-app purchases
Spud Poker offers an optional permanent Remove Ads purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the transaction, payment details, purchase history, refunds, and account-based purchase restoration under its own terms and privacy policy. Southport Smiles does not receive or store your full payment-card or store-account credentials.
The game stores a local entitlement indicating that automatic interstitial ads have been removed. When you buy or restore the purchase, the applicable app store checks ownership and returns the purchase status to the game. Optional rewarded ads remain available after Remove Ads is purchased.
This website
This is a static support website hosted with Firebase Hosting. Southport Smiles does not add analytics, advertising, user accounts, or contact forms to this website. Google may process basic request and security information, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect Firebase Hosting.
Information you send us
If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate problems, protect the game, and maintain support records. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Sharing and retention
Southport Smiles does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers such as Apple and Google when needed to provide purchases, purchase restoration, hosting, consent tools, and advertising, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the game, or our rights.
Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Game and entitlement data stored locally remains until you remove it or the operating system removes it. Purchase records and advertising data are retained under the applicable store or advertising provider’s policies and your account settings.
Children’s privacy
Spud Poker does not knowingly ask players to submit personal information to Southport Smiles through the game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Your choices
- Rewarded ads are optional; you may continue using the game without watching them.
- Interstitial ads may appear between completed matches and never interrupt an active throw.
- You may use available in-game privacy controls to revisit advertising choices.
- You may restore the Remove Ads entitlement from the in-game Settings menu while signed in to the store account that purchased it.
- You may remove local game data by deleting the app or clearing app data.
- You may contact us to ask about information contained in support correspondence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
